As EV Charging Speed Increases, So Do Carbon Emissions

Interesting Chinese research below about charging speed: slow demand response charging is good for renewables, whereas  super fast charging is heavily CO2 loaded (and requires a large battery on top).

Our modular EV powerbanks  (www.eptender.com), are charged in demand-response mode off peak hours, and allow our clients to get 60 kWh (36.5 to start with) within a minute. A depleted Tender can be swapped for a full one in the same time (equivalent to 3.6MW charging !).

So EP Tender not only allows to travel with peace of mind, save on travel time, save on vehicle cost and life cycle impact, make the EV profitable and tax neutral, but also contributes to the energy transition of electricity production, especially in regions where the CO2 weight in the electicity mix is high (China, Germany, US, Japan…).
